Projected HERS® Analysis, Reschecks, and New York State Energy Code review based on plans (required by  the Towns of Southampton & East Hampton).  HERS® compliance recommendation reports & specifications will provide a clear pathway for General Contractors and their trades to follow in order to achieve compliance upon construction completion.

Manual J,D,S  Reports (required by most municipalities prior to or during the course of the project)

Air sealing, duct sealing, and insulation inspection.

Optional rough-in duct testing, (recommended for any ductwork outside the thermal envelope).

Duct Leakage Testing (Required for Each HVAC System if any duct work is outside of the thermal envelope).

Whole Home Blower Door Test.

Whole-House Mechanical Ventilation Verification & Testing (New Code Requirement).

Combustion safety testing.

We can provide the required in plant inspections and final site inspections with all the required reports. We have extensive experience in modular construction and the particulars of the modular construction related to HERS® compliance.

We can provide code required Duct and Blower Door Testing even when a HERS rating is not required.
