The principals of Hampton Home Performance (HHP) have 30 years of experience in the construction industry and home energy evaluation and rating field.  HHP was created to provide Builders, Design Professionals, and Homeowners with HERS® Ratings & NYS Energy Code compliance pathway recommendations and options, inspections, testing and final documentation required by the New York State Energy code and local municipalities in a timely & efficient manner to ensure that you have the understanding and documents you need to apply for a building permit, meet your compliance pathway objectives, and obtain a certificate of compliance upon project completion.

Unlike most other home energy consulting firms we are singularly focused on providing code compliance services to keep your project moving. We perform plan based ratings for homes throughout New York State, Connecticut, and Pennsylvania. We offer field testing throughout Long Island, upstate New York, and New York City.

Based upon our discretion and project timeframe HVAC reports maybe produced by a third party and HERS® ratings may be conducted by an affiliated company. We do not offer any Home Energy Auditing Services. HERS® is a registered trademark of Residential Energy Services Network.
